The role

Looking to engage a Security Administration officer to manage and support security clearance processes with outsourced services providers.

Responsibilities for the role:

Managing electronic security inboxes by responding to queries within appropriate timeframes;

Receiving and checking clearance applications;

Liaising internally and externally to commence, monitor, progress and finalise security clearance processes. Updating relevant internal systems with this information;

Managing and supporting security clearance processes with outsourced vetting providers (OSPs) and other government agencies; and

Assist with the progression of internal security processes as required (remote work/integrity checks).

Strong organisational and time management skills;

Sound judgement and effective communication skills;

Ability to work effectively individually or within a team environment;

Ability to interpret policy in responding to client queries; and ability to work proactively and with minimal supervision.
