The Role

As the Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to manage the kitchen and ensure the smooth running of service. You will oversee the junior chefs, assist with ordering and stock control, and maintain a high level of food quality and safety.

Skills & Attributes

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high volume environment
• Passion for the industry
• Clear communication skills with a high level of organisation
• Ability to run the kitchen and pass in absence of the Head Chef
• Understanding of rosters and ordering
