Job Description

Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (no weekends
$50-55k base + 6% bonus + benefits
Based in Lidcombe, Sydney

MAYDAY Recruitment is seeking an experienced looking for a Warehouse Specialist to work for a leading player in the e-commerce industry and join their small warehouse team located in Lidcombe.

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our warehouse operations, ensuring that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.

What will you be doing?

Ensure smooth coordination, monitoring, and documentation of all inbound and outbound deliveries and shipments.
Document all shipments in accordance with Quality System and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
Conducting quality control checks – evaluate the quality of goods received and dispatched in compliance with standard operating procedures.
Picking and packing orders, making sure packaging is beautiful.
Scanning and organizing inventory
Accurately and efficiently process orders, shipments, and dispatches, adhering to established protocols.
Process reporting for all warehousing processes and procedures
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What experience should you have?

You will ideally have experience in a warehouse environment (1-3 years’ experience)
Full working rights in Australia
Strong attention to detail
A team player with a positive attitude
Energy and ambition to grow your career
