About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Part Time Merchandiser to join our high performing Mackay (QLD) team. Hours usually start from 10:30am but may begin earlier during campaigns depending on volume drives implemented by Manager. This position involves working Monday, Wednesday Thursday, Friday &  every second Saturday for approximately 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours to cover leave and increases in operational demands. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Stock shelves with Tip Top brands, ensuring that our product displays look fantastic instore
• Grow trusting work relationships across Tip Top and grocery stores
• Maintaining fresh products by rotating, reorganising and refilling shelves

The successful applicant will start training with an experienced peer in their first shifts to ensure that the right process and procedures are followed. In this position you will get the chance to work closely with your leader, strengthening the successful candidates knowledge and skillset in sales.
