About Your Role

As a Graduate Software Engineer you will be part of our team working on world leading solutions in Air Traffic Management.

On any one day you might expect to:

Work as part of a tight knit team to deliver software solutions or tools supporting our software teams, or design and built our CICD pipeline. You choose what works best for you.

Interact with internal and external stakeholders throughout development lifecycle,

Work cross functionally with the various engineering disciplines within the business,

Design, document, implement and test software enhancements / changes,

Contribute to continuous process and technical improvements

How About You?

Recently degree qualified in Software Engineering with a minimum credit average, or be in the final year of completing for graduation end of 2023

Programming is your thing – You have some experience with Java or C++ and an interest in Real Time Systems Programming or you hold good skills in Linux and scripting, and building your devOps skills interests you

You thrive working in a team environment where the collective is stronger than the individual

You are a self-starter and love to challenge yourself by learning new things 

Finally, we are looking for graduates that aren’t afraid to make mistakes – as long as you pick yourself back up and learn from them!
