Job Description
Warrnambool City Council is currently seeking a Cook to join the team and provide healthy delicious meals to all littler learners who attend care.
This is a great opportunity to work amongst the most honest taste testers in the world whilst also teaching them great eating habits that they will carry throughout their lives.
To succeed in this role, you will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, as well as sound written and verbal communication skills.
The successful applicant will have or be willing to attain a Food Supervisors Certificate as well as have a thorough understanding of allergies and food preferences.
Training will be paid for and provided to the successful applicant.
Current Employee Working with Children Check is mandatory for this position.
The Benefits
This is a permanent part time position with flexible hours on offer. The current base salary range is between $61,551 to $64,759 per annum (pro-rata) dependant on demonstrated skills and experience + superannuation.
