What this opportunity involves:
We are looking for a Concierge that will be working with the JLL Facilities Team and the Clients Workplace Experience team to create the best workplace in the Sydney office. This role will play a fundamental role in creating & delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring that all customers and visitors are assisted accordingly in a warm, professional and friendly manner.
A snapshot of the role;
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors to the buildings
- Provide assistance and direction according to the customer request
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve service delivery and customer service levels
- Work cooperatively and jointly with internal (departments) and external (vendors) contacts to provide quality customer service to staff
- Responsible for planning and managing guest services in the Sydney office
- Assume responsibility for all Front of House areas ensuring they are always presentable
- Supporting facilities with managing vendors onsite.
- Liaising with building management for both buildings on basic FM tasks/tickets i.e. lift breakdowns, key replacements, access passes, etc
- Support Event Lead in the planning and delivery of internal events and celebrations
- Communicate with team and client frequently and effectively
- Be prepared to communicate with all levels of management within the business (C-Suite level site)
- Updating/maintaining accurate records and official documentation in Google Drive and Dropbox

You will have relevant experience either in hospitality, concierge or front desk roles, with great customer service skills.

- Ability to work with fellow colleagues and other wider team members
- Build rapport and cooperative relationships with customers and visitors
