The Opportunity

CSL Behring is undergoing extensive and positive change as we continue to grow. In addition to contributing to Australia’s export economy, CSL has invested and continues to invest in substantial new Logistic Hub facilities to support our global strategy and provide the network with crucial supply of product sourced from our Melbourne facility.

We are recruiting several Logistics Warehouse Operators to join our team at our Broadmeadows site. Reporting to the Area Lead, these exciting roles will manage the daily operational requirements of the Logistics Hub to meet both internal and external customer requirements.

These roles are permanent full-time and there may be a requirement for overtime.

The Role

Ensure export trade compliance including adherence to Trusted Trader and Known Consignor Programs

Foster a customer-focused, culture within the Warehouse and Logistics Hub

Ensure warehouse and distribution activities are cGMP, GDP and GWP compliant

Maintain accurate inventory records in the Inventory Management System

Ensure accurate storage of all deliveries onto the site for raw materials

Responsibilities of processing plasma scanning and paste product

Ensure that the warehouse and external yard are kept clean and in a safe state following all warehouse OH&S requirements

Complete sampling process requirements for Plasma

Your skills and experience

Completed a Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or equivalent

2+ years’ experience in distribution and warehousing experience preferably in a manufacturing or related environment

Knowledge of cGMP, GDP and GWP in a warehouse environment

Good knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP Systems)

Basic computer skills including the use of Inventory Management Systems, MS Word and MS Excel

Forklift operator’s license preferrable
