Our Client is a leading global technology company that enables customers and companies to safely complete their professional duties with optimal speed safely. As the Content Marketing Manager you will successfully carry out our client’s content marketing strategy that creates an awareness for who they are, what they do, and how they intend to change the industry forever.
This is a broad content marketing role, with plenty of depth in researching, designing, and writing for compelling funnel strategies. You will be working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager to help bring the brand experience to life online.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating and managing daily social media content, as well as writing various outputs for online and product launches. Your and other duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Creates, establishes, and implements a global content marketing and social media process and procedures for our key content contributors.
- Creates an engaging social media program where all employees can be involved in contributing and influencing our social media channels.
- Creation of social media crisis communication plan and process in partnership with our Corporate Communications, Legal and Human Resources teams.
- Creation and execution of content in conjunction with any new lead generation campaign or product launches.
- Assess and audit audiences and define user & visitor personas to be used for social media campaigns and to inform wider content strategies.
- Define and develop a content strategy that elevates and differentiates identified content pillars across the business, with short-term and long-term marketing goals in mind. This includes thought leadership, subject matter experts, investor relations, HR, events, webinars, partnerships and more.
- Takes ownership and a high level of accountability for communication style and how it impacts the outcome of conversations, and the adoption of our content marketing processes, policies, campaigns and initiatives.
Skills and Experience required
- Bachelor degree qualification in Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years’ + experience with substantial competency in content marketing, copywriting, social media management.
- Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
- Proficient in use of Canva, social scheduling and listening tools such as Hubspot, Meltwarer or similar, CMS, and MS Office Suite.
- Experience creating and managing workflows, processes, and execution guides.
- Experience working on multiple projects, programs and initiative and meeting deadlines.
