About Our Client
Reporting to the Head of WHS and Compliance, working closely within the team across Customer Engagement, HR/Compliance function and with our Operational teams. The position of HR & Compliance Administrator will be responsible for assisting and ensuring various compliance for enterprise accounts, company, contract requirements and regulatory requirements across our workforce.
Job Description
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
HR & Placement Confirmations and Compliance
Work with the Compliance team and Enterprise team to assist in the development of compliance management and continual improvement of our workforce;
- Liaising with consultants and assist and support the HR and Compliance teams with on boarding compliance of our workforce to achieve 100% compliance to reduce contractual and HR risks via temp trackers and work orders (reviewing Work rights, referencing, licensing, qualifications, CRAs, induction, WFH Checklists, vaccination requirements (state based), contract forms and other certification’s, assist in monitoring requirements in various jurisdictions adapting to local and legislative requirements via our trackers & work orders.
- Industrial Instrument interpretation of Modern Award/Enterprise Agreements and approval of rates including regular monitoring of workforce and pricing.
- Development of Contracts
- Candidate and Client Stakeholder management
- Assist the HR/Compliance team with day-to-day compliance activity or projects where required
- Regular contract enterprise reporting and meetings
Work Health and Safety
Activities will vary and may include one or all the following:
- Manage and implement the Client risk assessment program undertaking client risk assessments with enterprise accounts with our customers by interview and ensuring adequate safety management systems are in place including logging any corrective actions.
- Monitoring of safety registers and compliance reports
- Administrative upload of documentation within database and maintaining currency of documentation
- Monitoring working from home arrangements and implementation of critical controls amongst our contracting workforce
Quality and Training
- The role may will assist with administration programs, projects and support services related to compliance and continuous improvement initiatives to support our quality framework such as the development of process guides, procedures and tools.
- Provision of work flow/process training to new starters in Enterprise
The Successful Applicant
You will have
- A formal qualification is not required but desirable i.e., Cert IV in WHS, HR. If not formal training to be provided with external qualifications.
- Experience with Fieldglass not required but desirable.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders – Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Administrative capability with high attention to detail and data entry experience in a customer focused environment with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient with computers including word processing skills using Microsoft Word and Excel and comfortable using technology
- Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities
- Self-motivated individual, team-player, and has the desire to grow
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
