The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), the principal organisation representing the medical specialty of psychiatry in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking to appoint a Recruitment Administrator.

Reporting to the Senior National Manager Human Resources, this position will be responsible to assist with the the end-to-end recruitment process of all RANZCP vacancies in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures, policies and procedures.

This role has a specific focus to:

Administration of job advertisements, position descriptions, internal authorisations, shortlisting, candidate management and interview applications.

Interview applicants as the HR representative on the interview panel.

Assit with finalising offers and generating employment contracts for all new and internal appointments.

Provide support for all recruitment queries, including external recruitment agencies, College staff and management.

Administration, maintenance and development of the Expr3ss Database.

Advise internal stakeholders with regard to recruitment queries and internal processes.

Assit with the development and maintenance of recruitment policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements and best practice guidelines.

Assit with coordination of recruitment projects.

New employee record administration, onboarding and filing.

Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Senior Manager, Human Resources.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, business or a related discipline.

Previous experience working in a similar role or an agency.

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working within a corporate professional environment.

Demonstrated interviewing experience and understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and develop reports, presentations, proposals, policies and procedures.

Ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels and the capacity to maintain a high degree of discretion and professionalism.

Experience in Expr3ss! recruitment database is desirable, but not essential.

Highly proficient computer and Microsoft Office programs skills is essential (including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
