We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Gallery Supervisor to join our dynamic and professional team.You’ll be able to contribute openly with fresh ideas and coming leader in a business that thrives on evolution and creative ideas. This position will report directly to the Guest Relations Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities for the following position will consist of, but are not limited to the following:

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception team members throughout your shift and ensure everything goes smoothly.

• Training new operators make sure that all reception team members are trained with our band standards.

• Support team members in handling guest requests and enquires to ensure a positive outcome are achieved;

• Motivating and managing a small team of operators.

• Report any significant issues or incidents to the Assistant Manager throughout your shift and assist where required. 

The successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Minimum of 2 year’s supervisory experience within a Front Office environment or five-star hotel environment.

• Outstanding written & verbal communication skills

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel products.

• Excellent grooming and presentation standards.

• The ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends across a rotating roster
