Job Description
This newly created position reports directly to the Company Secretary and is responsible for providing support to BlueScope’s Non Executive Directors.
Working within a team of accomplished EA’s you will be responsible for the administrative and logistical tasks relevant to our NEDs including:
- Acting as the central point of contact for matters involving the NEDs
- Extensive calendar management
- New NED on-boarding as and when required (inductions)
- Coordinate all NED travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips:
- Management of Site Visit, Induction and Training Records
- Maintaining accurate and up to date confidential records of NED details
- Financial administration including expenses and tracking of expenses against budget
Qualifications
As a senior member of the EA team, you will have had experience working with C-Suite and ideally some exposure to working with a Board. This role needs someone with exemplary organisational skills who can work at pace, and doesn’t falter under pressure. Working at this level you will need to build relationships and trust with very senior stakeholders, and have impeccable communications skills.
Excellent knowledge around IT systems, with Diligent board and Concur experience highly regarded.
