Job Description
VicHealth is the world’s first health promotion foundation that supports independent, long-term, evidence-based health promotion practice, partnerships and leadership. We continue to be a global leader in health promotion, as a Collaborating Centre with the World Health Organization and technical partner to UNICEF.
The Manager, Research and Impact reports directly to the Executive Manager, Policy, Strategy & Impact, and works across the organisation, using deep technical expertise to provide strategic direction and planning for the delivery of a wide range of projects and initiatives.
In this career defining role, you will be responsible for continuing to drive and shape our approach to research and evaluation.
You will also develop and nurture excellent relationships across the organisation and with key external stakeholders, including staff in research institutions and other partner organisations.
You will possess exceptional leadership skills, have a “can-do” attitude and be comfortable working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Building and maintaining great relationships with stakeholders, using your exceptional communication skills, will be a demonstrated strength.
