The Organisation
Our client is a market leader within the education providing industry. Our client is looking to bring a strong candidate with team leading and managerial experience, that has also had an exposure to payroll within the past. The business offers working from home flexibilities, with a couple days in the office based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

The Position Description
The role will include the following, however will not be limited to:

Ability to lead a small team

Implementation of HR and PR systems

Ability to deal with general Payroll duties

Ability to communicate and deal with internal stakeholders

The Ideal Candidates
The successful candidate will have the following attributes, however, not exclusive to:

Has worked in managerial roles within the past

Has had an exposure to payroll

Has dealt with SuccessFactors and SAP in previous roles

Ability to lead a small team

Ability to fix relevant issues and communicate with stakeholders
