This Opportunity

As a Product Manager for Content , you will be accountable for the strategic development of the TPG Content portfolio, focussing on existing Content product management, and the development of new strategic Content partnerships and product opportunities. You will work collectively with teams across Fixed and Mobile Product, Pricing, Trading, Sales, Communications, Technology and Operations to help develop TPG Telecom’s customer products that drive population growth and convergence, revenue, NPS and brand consideration.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and initiatives on core content products such as IPTV, Security, Antivirus and Gaming. It is anticipated you will focus on multiple core products at any time to maximise growth potential for our business.

Develop business cases and perform financial analysis to support new strategic or tactical Content initiatives and pricing proposals.

Complete ownership of the end-to-end launch and ongoing experience for Content products you deliver.

Create annual and quarterly Content product launch strategies.

Create a great customer experience around Content products that drives NPS and word of mouth in the market.

Drive customer retention and acquisition, profitability, and revenue growth, enabling TPG Telecom to deliver to its financial objectives and targets.

Knowledge and experience

Outstanding influencing skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication

Expert in commercial product development, systems & processes, preferably with strong knowledge in the Telco content market

Ability to lead a cross- functional teams to deliver complex product innovation

Exceptional drive to inspire change across the organisation

Proven track record of problem solving in complex business problems

Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and fortitude

Energy, enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Degree qualified an advantage, ideally in business, marketing, or economics
