The organisation

Our client is a market leader in the services industry and has a strong focus on caring for their customers. As they continue to grow within the market through customer excellence, they are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Business Partner to join the organisation to continue to support this vision.

The role

Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic recruitment processes and the delivery of pragmatic talent acquisition solutions for your client group. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

Coaching and mentoring members of the HR / Recruitment team, upskilling their capability and skills in their knowledge of best practice recruitment processes and strategic talent attraction;

Continuously improving the recruitment framework to move towards modern talent acquisition practices;

Working with the business to build an Employee Value Proposition and enhance employer branding; and

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external recruitment partners.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in end to end recruitment with experience working ideally within an internal environment, or an agency. You will have strong relationship building skills and have demonstrated experience in running a robust recruitment process. You will be resilient in nature, commercial in approach, with exceptional communication skills. You will have a strong passion for internal recruitment, with an energetic, professional, and tenacious style. Additionally, you will have:

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field;

Experience utilising a number of HRIS, ATS / AMS tools; and

Experience leading a team to deliver best practice recruitment solutions.
