Requirements

• Interaction & Animation experience highly regarded
• Part of a 7 person squad. Designers will be working across a mobile app and website in the User Features & Experience tribe, focused on four value streams: Accounts, Customer Communications, Personalisation & Navigation, and Wallet
• They will be part of a centralised design function, reporting to a Design Manager, contributing to strategy, research, discovery, defining, prototyping, designing and testing.
• Designers should be proactive in seeking to add value, highly collaborative and take a systems thinking approach to their work.
• . The candidate must have deep expertise in UI motion design, UI motion trends, tools such as Principle, Protopie, Framer, After Effects and Lottie, and craft with a very high bar who has delivered successful UI motion and motion systems (alongside design systems) in digital products for mobile and web.
• The role is to improve the UX, define and implement the look and feel of the client’s app and website products through UI motion and haptic design.
• The candidate will put together a UXI motion and haptic library, and partner with design systems to create repeatable and usable motion component systems.
• They’ll also develop best practices and provide guidance on UI animations and transitions for how motion and haptics integrate throughout the entire product experience.
• They will have a strong understanding of UX and UI, apps and devices, design systems, iOS and HIG, Android and Material Guidelines.
