The Opportunity
 
As an Intern / Graduate Consultant, you will be working alongside experienced recruiters to assist in the recruitment process for our clients. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in recruitment while working with a team that is supportive and driven.

• Candidate screening and management
• Candidate interviewing 
• Create and advertise job adverts via a range of media/job boards (Seek.com, LinkedIn etc)
• On the job training and career progression opportunities 
• Develop business using marketing techniques and networking
• Providing feedback – both candidate and client interactions 
• Offer advice on salary, career and job searching

The Intern and Graduate Program for 2023 is based in our Brisbane office. You will be heavily focused on building strong long-term relationships with customers, identifying the best talent in the market and working in a highly enthusiastic team-based environment.

Who We Are Looking For
 
Sharp & Carter are seeking an Intern student who is in the final 3 months of their degree or a Graduate student in their final year of studying, majoring in any of the following; Business, Commerce, Management, Human Resources, Business Information Systems, Marketing or similar.

You must be self-motivated, dynamic, confident, driven and have a strong work ethic. You will have excellent communication skills and an interest in a career in recruitment.
