About the role:

  • Assisting the Engagement Manager in executing strategic marketing support for relevant key projects and related business unit initiatives including, Product initiatives, Financial advice and education, Legislative updates, Account & Services (Administrator/Operations) communications
  • Delivery of planned initiatives, including implementation of calendars of activity within budget allocations
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather, analyse and identify communication and customer journey improvements, and assist in the development and implementation of solutions
  • Assist with the development of marketing briefs and project plans to identify tactics, audiences and target responses to ensure results which positively influence awareness, retention, growth and advocacy across a diverse range of marketing communication mediums
  • Marketing functions, including identification of impacted or requirements for new marketing collateral, compiling required changes, mark-ups, writing copy, assessing creative concepts, implementation
  • Briefing (Internal) Creative and Digital teams / (External) Creative Agency on requirements
  • Take guidance and collaborate with the Digital, Brand and Creative teams to ensure programs are aligned with the Hostplus brand strategy and consistent with corporate ID guidelines
  • Undertaking approval processes ensuring all key stakeholders and compliance sign-offs
  • Undertake analysis of campaign results to evaluate campaign outcomes to measure success against objectives and recommend refinements to strategies and future executions.

About you:

  • Proven campaign management experience across a range of marketing channels, delivering projects on budget and on time
  • Keen attention to detail and outstanding organisational and planning skills. Specifically, a demonstrated ability to execute on the marketing plan adhering to tight deadlines, where necessary
  • A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to report on marketing activity outcomes and provide recommendations for future enhancements
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of the superannuation sector, particularly the structure and philosophy of industry funds preferred or hands-on financial services industry experience
