About the opportunity

The team’s Personal Assistant will provide administration and project management support to the Responsible Managers and Partners of the National Financial Services team based in Perth.
Provide high-level executive support to the divisional Directors to help drive operational excellence. Opportunity to work on and manage a diverse range of special projects. Develop your skillset in a dynamic and high-quality advice practice. Gain valuable experience operating within a truly National financial planning division. Key responsibilities:
Acting as a first point of contact by dealing with correspondence, messages and phone calls. Monitoring the Partners email and responding where required. Protecting the Partners from unnecessary demands on their time and attention via suitable management of scheduling and diaries. Organising meetings, including preparing the agenda and all supporting documentation, room bookings, invitations and producing minutes. Arranging for meeting follow-up items to be actioned where appropriate Organising travel, accommodation and itineraries Liaising with internal and external key stakeholders on behalf of the Partners when necessary Management of both strategic and ad-hoc projects and maintenance of all records for those projects Establish and maintain a central Master Plan that tracks all competing Partner commitments, including deadline management and prioritisation. Conducting or preparing any research that the Partners may require and typing, compiling and preparing reports, tenders, presentations and correspondence Assist with marketing and social media activities for the division including list management Organising events and conferences Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems Share additional efficiency and productivity suggestions with Partners General administration duties (including expense claims, membership management etc) About you:
Completion of Year 12 Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role Strong organisational and time management skills Impeccable written and oral communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Strong technology skills including with Microsoft Office packages Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information Flexibility and adaptability The ability to be proactive and take the initiative to anticipate the needs of the Partner Life at RSM:
