Cafe Assistant

• Do you have experience in a café /hospitality based role?
• Available across the 7 days of the week
• Know how to make a mean coffee / maybe you have just finished your Barista course?

We are now looking for 3 café assistants to come join the team of foodies at Stromlo Leisure Centre. We are looking for foodies who are passionate about giving our patrons the best service while delivering great quality food and coffee. Shits will be varied through the week including weekends and can range from early morning, day and evening shifts.

About your new role: 

You will work amongst a small team of foodies, which will control, manage and coordinate the Cafe area at our Aquatic centre.

It is essential Cafe Assistants handle food with care and monitor use by dates on all food. Working with the Cafe Coordinator, you will aid in ordering all essential food, which may be required. Cleaning and presentation is expected to be of high standard.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• CPR
• Food Handling certificate (Preferred)
• Previous Café or similar experience
