About the role

• Work a variety of service periods in Coco’s Kitchen and Bar.
• Supervise a team of F&B Attendants, to coordinate breaks and manage jobs inline with service periods. 
• Liaising with the kitchen team on daily specials and dietary requirements.
• Sets and resets in restuarant and bar. 
• Ensure all service areas and equipment are kept clean and organized. 

About you

• Experience in the hotel food and beverage industry is highly desirable. 
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
• Ability to demonstrate strong communication and time management skills. 
• Reliability and flexibility to work across a 7 day rotating roster, including nights and weekends

We would love to hear from applicants with:

• A warm and caring personality; previous experience in cafe, bar, banquets or a la carte service
• Experience in Micros or a similar POS cashiering system
• The ability to work cohesively as part of a team 
• Experience mixing cocktails or barista training – very desirable!
• A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
• A genuine interest and passion for the hospitality industry
