Housing Contact Centre
Location – Liverpool
Employment type – Ongoing
Salary – $134,411 — $155,445 pa plus superannuation and leave loading
Your role

The Housing Contact Centre (HCC) is a 24/7 operation of approx. 450 staff. The centre delivers NSW clients access to social housing services, including Link2home crisis accommodation, Social Housing Applications and Rentstart bond loan.
The role offers a generous salary package and internal career progression, as well as flexible work agreements, including some ability working from home.
What you’ll do
The role provides strategic leadership across existing contact centre business functions and services, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, efficient process and service design. The role will work in partnership with contact centre leadership to develop and implement, manage and evaluate new services into the contact centre environment.
The role managers team of approx. 4 direct reports and works closely with the HCC Director, senior management team and other Directorate within DCJ.
The role will involve occasional travel to various locations across NSW.
The role requires tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
What we’re looking for
Successful candidates require a current driver’s license
Ability to travel occasionally to various locations across NSW
A valid Working with Children Check for paid employment.
