What you’ll be doing

Strategically and operationally develop nursing and midwifery career pathways to increase, support and maintain a skilled, capable, agile and motivated nursing and midwifery workforce.

Develop professional career and progression pathways for staff

Influence school students and engage with high schools to increase School Based Apprentice Traineeships (SBATs) and local students to study nursing or midwifery

Coordinate the Extended Nursing Placement Program students and liaise with the University Department of Rural Health.
