Marketing Lead – Loyalty & Partnerships

Job Description:
We are seeking an immediately available and contract-loving Loyalty & Partnerships Marketing Lead to spearhead the acquisition of new partnerships. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role. The role involves creating end-to-end marketing programs from strategy development to campaign execution, optimisation and reporting. You will be responsible for managing partner relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth. In collaboration with a loyalty consultant, you will bring a new program to life and secure internal stakeholder endorsement. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled marketer with experience in managing partners and loyalty programs. You will be expected to build a marketing strategy that leverages existing assets and drives customer loyalty and partnership growth.
 
Requirements:

• 5+ years marketing and partnerships/loyalty experience
• Ideally have experience working within financial services or B2B space
• Tertiary educated
• Highly strategic and innovative
• Proven experience securing partnerships
• Exceptional influencing and negotiating skills
• Ability to make business recommendations based on interpretation of data  
• Autonomous, self sufficient
• Not afraid to take risks, try new things, push the boundaries and challenge ways of working
