We are looking for a highly motivated human resources graduate to join our 2024 graduate development programme. Whilst based at site, you will gain exposure to the full HR generalist function, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management. You will develop key working relationships with our operational teams and drive best practice within the HR function. For this placement you will need to demonstrate exceptional time management, a customer service orientation and a keen interest in the resources sector.

Overall, your resilience, openness to change and demonstrated ability to drive best practice will see you thrive in the graduate programme and beyond as you continue your career with Anglo American.

Qualifications:

To qualify, you must:

Have a degree or postgraduate degree (Honours or Masters) in Human Resources.

Have completed your degree within the last 2 years or are due to graduate by December 2023.

Have no more than two years of relevant work experience.

Be a team player with strong leadership potential.

Demonstrate drive, ambition, and a passion for challenging work in our operations.

Be available/willing to work in remote areas of Central Queensland as part of the Graduate Programme (relocation package provided).
