Administration Manager at Metcash (Alice Springs)

Job Description

We have terrific opportunity to join us in our Administration Manager role which is a a key position within the Branch Senior Leadership Team . You will be responsible for the Branch financials and ensure they are closely monitored, are within the set budget and are reported correctly and in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for processing Customer payments & reconciliation of customer accounts, answer account queries, debtor reporting, new accounts, general account maintenance, customer rebates & credit note finalization

What you’ll do

Ensure all end of week & end of month financial reports are completed and reported on time.

Ensure the weekly Admin & Sales payroll hour’s ae correctly entered into KRONOS & all A/L, Sick leave & LSL forms are completed and submitted to payroll.

Check and process all freight inward invoices.

Check and process branch non trade expense invoices.

Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external.

Visible Leadership – demonstrate positive leadership, ‘can do’ attitude to the team.

Ensure Branch Accounts Payable invoices are up to date – working closely with AP Clerk

What you’ll bring

Experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment

Financial Acumen

Sound knowledge & understanding of the Evolve system -preferred

Computing skills (proficient in excel, spreadsheets, data bases, using Microsoft Word software)
