Senior Inside Sales Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

will include:

Develop win plans and strategies that differentiate our offerings in a competitive bidding landscape.

Manage the successful development of compelling proposals, through effective collaboration across multiple offices, business lines, or sectors.

Lead complex, high-value, and/or strategically important bids, including joint venture opportunities.

Manage customer account activities, including market research, analysis, planning, and strategy.

About You:

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

Experience in proposal coordination or management, engineering, or project engineering/management, or a related technical field.

Proactively set priorities, and are highly organised, driven, enthusiastic, and open minded.

Are a critical and strategic thinker, able to link proposal content back to Worley’s strategy while understanding and exceeding to our customer’s expectations.

Are great at managing stakeholders (local and remote) and building strong relationships with senior management and peers.

Are accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
