About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Support Officer to join our Commercial and Industrial team on a full time permanent role. You will focus on providing operational support to the Regional Manager and Account Managers across C&I.

Duties:

Working closely with the sales team to resolve customer queries, support the sales process and provide solutions relating to the management of accounts

Peer review or completion of contract amendments, manual inputs into systems and reporting

Managing the ellipse process on behalf of C&I including management of purchase orders and processing of invoices

Sales fulfillment to ensure customer onboarding and ongoing management of customer needs

Facilitating the sales end to end quoting process including tenders

Skills and experience:

Experience in a leadership role within a sales operations environment

Organised, good attention to detail and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and ability to pick up new programs quickly

Drive process improvement and manage process documentation

Contract administration experience is desirable

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Officer, to expand their leadership skills and to manage a small operations team.
