As a Digital Consultant, you will credibly advise clients on IT solution design and cloud-based software engineering, with hands-on programming skills.

Nous is increasingly doing projects with an information technology element as part of a broader strategy, organisational design, or implementation advisory engagement, or, digital strategy and advisory projects that require practical IT experience combined with general consulting skills.
You are:

And the practical experience:
- 1-5 years work experience in professional environment
- strong analytical skills and the capacity to interpret and translate qualitative and quantitative data
- the capability to think, articulate and write logically to communicate complex digital and technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences
- strong problem-solving ability applied in a structured way, with an understanding of digital frameworks and investment processes
- knowledge of at least one general-purpose programming language (python, C#, JavaScript preferred).
- understanding of digital delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Lean (some level of certification preferred)
- candidates with a current NV1 security clearance will be highly regarded
