The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will possess the passion and excitement that comes with uncovering the most extraordinary luxury river cruise journeys on offer today. We are a close-knit-team so working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Australian Sales Team and the Global Marketing team, the Marketing Executive will be responsible to support the Uniworld planning, execution of national trade and consumer marketing campaigns, events and projects for Uniworld.
Key responsibilities:
· Develop and implement trade marketing plans and identify opportunities and greater trade partnerships to maximise Marketing ROI.
· Support the day-to-day relationships with all marketing and commercial contacts at each preferred retail partner.
· Support the management and monitoring of all agreed trade campaigns including planning, copywriting, artwork and communication with sales and reservations.
· Develop and execute email marketing communications with monthly performance reports.
· Support with monthly marketing reports of current activity and success for incorporation into the monthly brand board report.
· Review and report marketing campaign performance with lessons learnt and continuous improvement for future marketing campaigns.
· Maintain and track the marketing budgets ensuring that all campaign activity is negotiated, planned and delivered to budget.
In Addition,
· Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office at Bondi Junction.
· As this position is salaried there may be a requirement from time to time to work outside of normal hours and to attend events such as conferences, expos and educational trips over weekend periods. This may involve carrying marketing merchandise, assembling marketing stands or trade stall presentations.

About you
· Minimum of 3 years relevant marketing experience.
· Tertiary qualifications in either Marketing, Communications or Tourism is highly preferred.
· Strong background in campaign planning, project management and delivery.
· A knowledge of river cruising, their destinations and Uniworld’s unique offerings.
· Strong skills in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, and Working knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
· Understanding of digital marketing including email, Google Analytics, and social media.
· Skillset in marketing including written communication, brand, content, social, market research, campaign planning and creative services.
· Experience working with a luxury travel brand is highly desirable.
