Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

$400 – $450 per day + Super

ASAP – 6 Months

Sydney CBD – WFH Flexible Hybrid Combination

Working within Government

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor has become available working within a sought-after government department! Great rate and contract length with potential to extend further within the role!

Your Duties:

You will source key talent and building talent pipelines

You will be recruiting roles in Enterprise Business/Government or Utilities

You will conduct candidate and Stakeholder management

You will deliver 360-degree recruitment process – Phone Screening, Background Checks and Managing Offers

You will lead Recruitment projects – eg new services areas and Ad hoc recruitment projects

Your Desirable Criteria:

4 years + experience in recruitment, either Internal or Agency in a high-volume setting

Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Teams)

Experience using ATS would be an advantage

Strong understanding of positive Customer Experience both internal and external

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
