• Temporary full-time or 0.8 role | Eight weeks with potential for permanency.

About the company:

Our client is a profit-for-purpose organisation experiencing rapid growth across their three divisions that provide health care services across the country and it invests $2 million per annum into medical research. It is currently renovating its head office in Underdale to include a gym and other on-site recreation facilities. Free on-site parking available.

About the role:

The Customer Service Officer will report to the Customer Service Manager and will provide exceptional service to clients across Australia via phone and email.

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

• Schedule in health care services for clients across the country

• Respond to queries via email and phone

• Maintain and update the database

• Work to quality and timeframe standards outlined by the business

Skills & experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service or administration role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and data accuracy

• Strong computer literacy

• Tertiary education relevant to Health or Administration highly desirable
