The Role

You will be responsible for the strategy, development, management and maintenance of products and online product capabilities across platform products and enhancing Insignia Financial’s reputation through adherence to policies, processes, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop or assist in development of products and online product strategies
• Develop and enhance adviser and client online product capabilities and experience in line with product strategy
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor market trends on an ongoing basis to ensure products remain competitive
• Ensure all product publications/communications are accurate from a product, legal and compliance perspective and have followed appropriate due diligence procedures
• Work with management and other team members on delegated tasks and projects
• Ensure products are competitive for target markets and updated for legislative changes
• Ensure online product capabilities are competitive for target market
• Management of superannuation and investment platform products including leadership group communications and Board and Trustee communications

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

• RG146 compliant – Marketing, Business, Law or Financial Planning graduate preferred
• Solid work experience in the financial services industry
• In-depth understanding and knowledge of the Financial Services industry specifically in the areas of Superannuation, Insurance, and Investments
• Demonstrated Product Development experience in Superannuation and/or Investment platforms
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team and autonomously to plan and implement
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communications
• Strong organisational capability, thorough and detail orientated
• Flexible with ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions
• Client Service focused
• Strong decision making and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced Excel capabilities
