About the role
Main tasks: Win new sales selling courier services to a range of business customers.
Other tasks:
- Maintain accurate and timely data in the customer database
- Identify suitable decision makers that could benefit from your services
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and growth initiatives
- Onboard new customers in line with company best practices and procedures
- Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure ongoing service improvement.
- Attend relevant industry and networking events to increase your contact base.
- Share client feedback with marketing, product, and leadership teams for continuous improvements.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- Proven track record of acquiring new customer sales & building strong business relationships
- The ability to present to prospective clients over the phone, via video calls, & face-to-face
- Demonstrable success selling to a broad range of decision-makers

- Proven success selling transport, courier, or other logistics services
