Job Description

Our client has been selling and servicing new and used vehicles for over 27 years in Preston (VIC), surrounding metropolitan suburbs and interstate.

They are now looking for an experienced Deal Processing Clerk to join their team!

Their friendly staff are specialists who are proud of their association with Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, GWM HAVAL, Nissan and GMSV and look forward to assisting you when searching for your new, pre-owned vehicles.

Ideal candidate will have:

Extensive experience in a similar role.

The ability to ensure all paperwork for each deal is correct and completed

The ability to correctly cost and process each deal

Other important skills and attributes include :

Strong data entry / computer skills

Excellent telephone manner

Confident communication skills

The ability to work unsupervised

A reliable and honest work ethic

You’ll be responsible for processing new and used vehicle deals through the dealership so will need to have strong numeracy skills and some previous accounts experience as well.
