About Our Client
Our client is responsible for utilising machine learning and artificial intelligence to design products that will change how criminal activities are detected and prevented and protect global companies and governments from the ever-present threat of money laundering, fraud, cybercrime, and terrorism.
Job Description
- Work with external stakeholders to create integrated solutions for their business issues by deploying, configuring, and integrating new product installations.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams ensuring that software platforms continue to mature and evolve to external stakeholder requirements.
- Adhere to software engineering processes and contribute to software engineering process improvement.
- Deliver scripting using a variety of languages (e.g., JavaScript) and secondary skills (e.g., SQL).
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated experience with at least one of the following: Node.js, React, Python, and Bash scripts.
- Working knowledge of Linux, Git, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch.
- Previous experience with containers, Kubernetes, and data processing solutions Apache NiFi and Airflow – highly desirable.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies: Delta Lakes, MLflow, and Koalas from Databricks – highly desirable.
