Recruitment Sourcing Consultant – Defence Focus

The team is growing and we are seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Consultant, who can assist with sourcing Defence technology and engineering professionals; through increasing the efficiency of the recruitment process.

About You

This is a full-time position, based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. You assist in the hiring security cleared Defence professionals across a range of disciplines and service domains. The main responsibilities will include:

• Navigating social media and internal databases to identify and attract new talent

• Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews via phone/ video conference

• Organising interviews and acting as the key conduit between the client and the candidate

• Assisting with the candidate onboarding process and undertaking references via phone/ email

• Managing internal compliance procedures including background checks and eligibility to work

• Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for ongoing opportunities
