This boutique Sydney business is welcoming a temp receptionist to join the team for three weeks in this not to be missed temp role. Having recently moved into brand new, state-of-the-art offices with multiple staff wellbeing freebies, this team love going to work, day in and day out. This role combines the traditional aspects of a receptionist role and office coordinator duties. There is a heavy focus on their people and the team: from themed staff food days, in house barista coffee and beautifully designed break out rooms you will assist all experience initiatives too. For this firm, people are at the heart of all they do – without a united team, their high-performing environment would not be achievable. You will be welcomed fully and encouraged to integrate across all three business units for the time you are with this company – especially since you will be assisting with Friday drinks, team-building activities, and other initiatives!

You are proactive and a self-starter, you have a great eye for attention to detail and thrive on the opportunity to make something better! Especially when it comes to ordering and styling the weekly flower displays and themed food events on a Thursday! You can work autonomously and stay motivated with your professional, warm and bubbly people personality that will leave a lasting impression on everyone that you meet. As the face of the company, your polished corporate presentation and remarkable communication skills will effortlessly uphold the experience their clients expect. Having the ability to work in a dynamic environment, flex your prioritisation skills and stay on top of your workload with high level organisation skills is key.
A snapshot of your role….
- Oversee 8 office meeting rooms, ensuring all bookings are catered too with IT, catering, and refreshment requests. Troubleshoot ahead of time for any clashes or changes
- Assist the People & Culture team with the organisation and set up of internal events and team focused initiatives
- Be the first face all guests and clients see, upholding a 1st class impression and following all visitor process checks
- Oversee any incoming and external mail, couriers and deliveries
- Ensure the office is fully stocked and inventory lists updated with all stationary, equipment and kitchen supplies
