Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge Travel Consultant. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Korean and have a passion for travel. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients.

Job Description:

Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, in both English and Korean
Understand customer requirements and recommend travel, dining, ticketing, travel, luxury or hospitality industry options that meet their needs
Plan, book and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities
Provide accurate information and advice
Maintain accurate and complete records of all customer interactions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends
High volume call center environment
Work in a Team environment

Experience Required:

Fluent in both English and Korean (reading, writing, and speaking)
Experience in customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in dining, ticketing, travel, luxury or hospitality industry
Ability to learn new systems quickly and a can-do attitude
Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment

PACKAGE:

Competitive salary packages $50 – 54K+ Super + Bonus
