Senior Account Manager

Due to growth over the last two years we require an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage and grow an existing Tier 1 client base.

The Role

Your role within this practice will be to manage your assigned territory by:

  • Develop new business and maintain existing client relationships through a variety of business development techniques

  • Develop and maintain industry network and personal brand

  • Lead generation across Experis and ManpowerGroup

  • Deliver to client expectations

  • Participate in training and coaching more junior Consultants to share knowledge and expertise within the company

  • Achievement of GP/Budget

  • Daily business development activity with clients

  • Maintain adequate pipeline to achievement budget

Your Background

In order to be considered for this highly lucrative role you should have:

  • an excellent can-do attitude;

  • Demonstrated recruitment experience

  • Sales and client relationship management experience

  • Ability to introduce and manage innovative staffing solutions

  • Demonstrated communications & presentation skills

  • Persuasion & influencing skills

  • Demonstrated relationship building skills

  • Experience in the recruitment industry or similar industry

  • Solid organisational skills

  • Intermediate MS Excel & Word skills
