Green Light Worldwide are looking for an accomplished IT Business Development Manager who has exceptional networking abilities to join our close-knit Perth Delivery Team. The IT Business Development Manager will be a strong communicator and able to demonstrate a successful track record in IT Recruitment Business Development and Account Management. The right person will be creative in ensuring both the company and individual targets are met or exceeded by selling the full suite of service offerings including consulting services, professional services, managed services and project services.
The IT Business Development Manager will be a sales professional, building and defining business within the WA marketplace, using networks, and strengthening relationships with mid to C-level/VP decision makers. This will make the IT Business Development Manager to be considered a strategic advisor focused on providing unique and compelling value within IT servicing requirements.
Drawing on knowledge of complex solution sales in technology and with strong business acumen, the IT Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and driving professional services for new and existing Green Light clients. Successful execution of the role will be to continually increase opportunity pipeline and identify new key services opportunities in line with Green Light’s strategic business objectives.
This is a true client facing sales opportunity supported Professional, Managed, Consulting and Pre-Sales colleagues ensuring delivery of services into Tier 1 and Tier 2 client base which will give you the opportunity to sell genuine services.
Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for truly understanding the customer’s business drivers, technical issues and procurement and selection process, to ensure Green Light is uniquely placed to provide best market value to the customer.
- Continue to build a strong Green Light presence within WA delivering the following: Develop & maintain relationships with senior and C-level/VP executives, understanding respective focus areas, value drivers and strategic priorities to develop a strategic roadmap of initiatives.
- Apply an applicable sales methodology to understand customers and win their business.
- Develop & Present Strategic Account Plans & Results for each Account and present on a quarterly basis to Sales Lead for feedback.
- Working closely with the delivery teams to ensure appropriate qualification and consistency of delivery to all service lines.
Requirements: –
- A background in Sales or IT Recruitment delivering Staff Augmentation solutions.
- An ability to build strong relevant business cases to share and create excitement and demonstrate the value of Green Light in solving customer problems by focusing on one-on-one and one-on-many interactions with key decision makers.
- Subject matter expert in technology sales with detailed understanding of client’s business models, economics, and value drivers.
- Proven track record identifying significant client problems and engineering genuine business value by engaging early at the right levels of the organization to build portfolios of significant value.
- Strong business acumen & financial skills with proven history in managing a pipeline of solid opportunities.
- An ability to navigate, build and develop strong internal and external networks.
- Experience in delivering successful outcomes through internal and external collaboration.
