The Opportunity
The Network Engineer will perform proactive monitoring of all network infrastructure, respond to incidents, and troubleshoot to resolution in a timely and effective manner. The role will act as an escalation point for the Network Operations team as well as resolving individual customer support cases escalated from our Level 1 and 2 technical support teams.
