Job Description

What you need:

Experience in a personalised customer focused position

A passion in developing a career within the hotel industry

The ability to multi-task while having a very strong attention to detail

Front desk or Reservations experience in a premium hotel environment is advantageous

Knowledge of a hotel property management system, preferably Opera

Strong product knowledge of Crown’s Hotels and confidence in upselling

Ability to commit to a 24/7 rotating roster including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
