Our client has an enticing opportunity on an active land project for an energetic, ambitious person to assist the Sales Consultant.

The role will involve assisting the sales consultant achieve targets through providing whatever support is required. This will include, but not be limited to, following up potential purchasers from the database, assisting in preparation of sales contracts, tracking and reporting on competitor projects, maintaining the CRM system and staffing the Sales Office.

You will have exceptional customer service, communication and influencing skills gleaned from your background in project sales, real estate or other property-related industry. Attributes of resilience, tenacity, drive, attention-to-detail, energy and focus are essential.
