Our Digital Graduates will have a Design, Business or Technology degree and are focused on providing innovative solutions that respond to the needs of our business and customers. Working in Digital at Qantas is unique. Not only do we manage the customer and technology requirements for a global organisation, but we’re working on projects across the business that will allow us to leap into the future.

As a Digital Graduate you could find yourself defining a new product vision, designing the latest features on Qantas.com and the Qantas App or improving the customer experience across our nationwide contact centres. To be eligible to apply to our 2023/24 cohort, you must –

• Be in your final year of study or have completed a design, business or technology undergraduate degree or postgraduate study in the last 2 years
• Maintained a credit average or above
• Be able to commence full time employment with Qantas in August 2023 or February 2024
• Be a Permanent Resident or Australian/NZ citizen at application
