    Juniper is looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our friendly Kimberley team.

    Reporting to the Residential Area Manager – Kimberley, the successful candidate will strategically partner with operational managers to create and drive sustained solutions to employee challenges.

    Supported by our People and Culture team in Perth, the Kimberley HR Business Partner will provide advice to the Area Manager on workforce planning, recruitment and performance management. The role will engage with local communities to promote Juniper and attract quality job applicants to the organisation. 

    This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week.

    Key Responsibilities of this role:

  • Employee Relations
  • People & Culture Compliance
  • Change Management
  • Staff and agency engagement
  • Ensuring compliance with Occupational, Safety and Health requirements including appropriate Injury Risk Management
  • The Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Degree or post graduate qualifications in HR/IR or related area, or relevant experience
  • Award interpretation preferably in aged care, health, or community services industry sector (desirable)
  • Recent and current knowledge of a wide variety of contemporary human resources practices
  • Significant experience in human resources policies and processes
  • Experience and knowledge of staffing and recruitment issues
  • Contributing to and working in a team environment
  • Aged care/health or community services industry exposure (desirable)
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Adhere to EEO legislation and best practice
  • PC – word processing, spreadsheets, database, internet and email
  • Conflict resolution and problem solving
