What the role is all about:
As the experience evolves, so will the marketing strategy and execution, and this role will take the lead in the development and delivery of the integrated marketing and communications strategy based on the brand’s positioning and objectives, and key stakeholder objectives. A priority is to ensure that key internal and external stakeholders are communicated with effectively, through thoughtful, relevant and concise key messages.
This role also leads the Insights and CX functions within REAx and is responsible for building a culture of continuous improvement in these teams while working with stakeholders right across the business.
While no two days are likely to be the same in this role, typical responsibilities and activities will include:
Partnering with the REA Group Customer team to define customer value propositions, GTM plan and channel execution supporting both major and minor initiatives
Championing data-driven decision making by communicating insights, highlighting impacts, and engaging stakeholders about product and audience performance across the REAx team
Leading and mentoring the Senior Reporting and Insights Analyst to support and unblock their development of a suite of resources across product and audience reporting
Defining the Consumer acquisition and engagement strategy with an insights-led approach to audience segments and behaviours
End to end creative campaign management, including ideation and producing marketing communication
Developing and building consumer marketing campaigns that align with site product development milestones and priorities
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in product, marketing group and sales group to ensure campaigns are implemented successfully to achieve objectives
Leading the development of key messages for communications into the broader REA Group business, with a particular emphasis on socialising the Property product at launch and through its evolution
Who we’re looking for
A background in product marketing (demonstrated experience in working with product and engineering teams)
Relevant qualifications and prior experience in marketing, communications, digital media or an equivalent discipline
Demonstrated ability to leverage consumer and product research to develop messaging and programs that drive user growth
Excellent communication and project management skills
Great writing skills, with the ability to switch between writing styles
Well-developed analytical skills – someone who is able to look at the numbers and tell a compelling story
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and influencing skills
