This is an exciting time to join RAC as we have created a diverse role for an experienced HR Business Partner (internal title is People Integration Lead), the role will support RAC Insurance stakeholders through various people projects, if you are passionate about leading HR projects, have a strategic mindset and have experience in change management this role could be for you.

Reporting to the General Manager of Insurance and Enablement your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the delivery of key operational and strategic people projects
  • Facilitate and deliver the implementation of key people activities including People Risk Mitigation activities, policy alignment, Enterprise Agreement negotiations
  • Support concept, delivery and business case development phases of strategy process including financials and reporting metrics
  • Guide and support the business to create pragmatic change management strategies that effectively assess and mitigate change impacts and risk
  • Supporting and influencing business leaders on people processes to ensure efficient and consistent outcomes

This role is being offered as a 12 month max term contract

What are we looking for?

  • Proven skills in designing and delivering strategic people solutions – you must have an in depth understanding of policy, processes, regulatory and operational excellence
  • Ability to lead, manage and coach others to maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business areas, working groups and technical areas to achieve outcomes
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to time management, multi-tasking and prioritising workload to meet deadlines
  • Strong project management skills
